Effect Of Spiritual Leadership And Psychological Contracts On Employee Job Satisfaction At Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) Bandung Branch

Background - Job satisfaction is a happy emotional state or positive emotion that comes from evaluating one's work experience. With high job will increase employee performance against the organization where they work. Lack of with company can lead to low performance. In this study related BSI Bandung Branch employees.
 Aim The aims were identify and analyze influence spiritual leadership psychological contracts on at Branch.
 Design / Methodology Approach – This used descriptive explanatory survey methods. research was conducted 90 employees. Sampling carried out using saturated sampling technique. data analysis technique Multiple Regression Analysis.
 Findings results show partially jointly have an impact satisfaction. Furthermore, determinant value 0.938 obtained, means are able explain 93.8%. Meanwhile, 6.2% caused by other factors.
 Conclusion must be implement for employees build strong contract within company. needs improved again improve organizational performance.
 Research implication To satisfaction, it necessary pay attention attitudes behavior shown leaders besides strengthening between organization.
 Limitation scope limited one particular company, so does not reflect situation institutions in same regarding leadership, contract,
